Our Plant is well equipped with latest machinery for welding jobs and fabrication of sophisticated equipment, as per ASME Sec VIII, DIV I and other Industry Norms and standards. Our welders are qualified to accepted codes such as ASME IX, ASME B31.3, AWS DI.1 & IBR. Radiant has certification from several authorities, like

We have our modern fabrication workshop which is strategically located at Manjusar GIDC – Vadodara, Gujarat – India, where all required resource for most typically jobs are available at short distance. We are capable of meeting any to all requirements related to process equipment manufacturing, repairs & modification.

Engineering Team: A separate in-house engineering team has been planned comprising of design engineers with core design experience in all kinds of static equipment that undertakes all thermal and mechanical designing of equipment’s. The mechanical design department uses the latest advanced software best known in the industry for the purpose. Over the last decade we have built strong in-house design and fabrication capabilities to handle the following metallurgies.
Quality Assurance: Our QA/QC team is headed by a Level III QC qualified personal & the manufacturing facility has RT, UT, MPT, PAUT, TOFD along with a Helium Leak Detection facility. The unit offers state-of-the-art technologies for composites manufacturing. A brief list of NDT equipment is attached herewith for your reference.

In last one decade we have successfully executed several small, mid & large supplies of Fabricated Components to refineries across India & overseas, list of which is attached herewith for your references. All our components are designed and manufactured as per client requirement complying to ASME Sec VIII, DIV I and other Industry Norms and standards.
