Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

When: March 2024

Client approached Radiant with their tight schedule of 15 days to replace their crucial exchanger’s weighing right from 45MT to 186 MT involving all welded Inlet / Outlet joints of 46mm thick Alloy Steel piping with a new one’s during a short shutdown.

Radiant mobilized highly skilled & efficient Team that deployed advanced technique to Cut old joints & weld new joints. Keeping safety as priority & following all set Procedures, including PWHT & NDT Inspection job was completed within 13.5 Days, thus saving client a 1.5 days of Production time.
