Hurdles during operation:

Sometimes during heavy operation, the internal elements of the columns & towers tends to deform and loosen out of their position, due to which proper separation of process chemicals weakens leading to a trimmed production volume for which removal and replacement of the internal elements are must. Schedule overhauling and maintenance is planned which ultimately contribute to intensify and escalate the performance of the equipment.

Few challenging jobs successfully completed:

1. Internal modification of all columns of ROCG (C2 complex) as a debottlenecking activity in Reliance Jamnagar in 2023.
2. Replacement of stripper Column weighted 150 ton with all its associated pipings and column internals at Nayara Energy in 2022.
3. Replacement of NCU unit Stripper column weighted 60 ton with all its associated pipings and nozzles at IOCl, Panipat Naphtha Cracker in 2022.
4. Cleaning of BD Column as a part of Surprize Job during MRPL – Aromatic Complex Shutdown during Sept’23.
5. Complete Packing replacement of BD Column at Reliance Industries Limited – Vadodara Manufacturing Unit within record time of 6.5 Days – Blind In to Blind out against client estimated timeline of 9 Days during January’24 Emergency Shutdown.
