Energy Efficiency

For any refinery, efficiency is of utmost importance and at Radiant we understand this importance and thereby we take the jobs in a                phased manner as described below: 

1. Energy optimization studies involving the following:

• Rigorous simulation studies of process plants to arrive at the best alternative for profit maximization with no or minimum capital deployment.
• Development of process schemes required for optimization of energy, like heat exchanger train optimization, reuse of very low temperature heat, overhead heat coupling, multi effect distillation and thermally cascaded distillation schemes to improve overall energy efficiency and economics.
• Lowering of fuel and loss to the minimum levels for profit maximization

2. Conducting energy consumption audits and advising on minimization of energy consumption and cost.

3. Suggesting advance technology solutions for improvements.

4. Operational optimization (involving rigorous steady state simulation studies) and identification of opportunities for quick wins and profit improvement without or with minimum capital outlay.

5. Suggesting technical solutions for highly reliable and interruption free operations consequently tremendous improvement in production and GRM.
